Most Odessey Products products have three heat levels: Low (38–40°C), Medium (44–46°C), and High (50–52°C). The exact range varies by product. We recommend starting on Low and adjusting to comfort.
We recommend 20–30 minute sessions. Most products have an auto shut-off after 90 minutes as a safety feature. Do not sleep with the device active.
No. Always unplug the charging cable before use. Using while charging can cause uneven heat distribution and is a safety risk.
People with diabetes may have reduced skin sensation and should exercise caution with heat therapy. Consult your doctor before use and always start on the lowest heat setting.
Heat therapy on the lower back and abdomen is not recommended during pregnancy. Consult your doctor before use on any body part.
Orders & Delivery
You'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. You can also track from your account page under 'My Orders'.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters fulfilment and cannot be changed. Contact [email protected] immediately if you need to cancel.
Currently we ship only within India. We don't have a confirmed date for international shipping yet — if you'd like to be told when that changes, email [email protected] and we'll get in touch.
Returns & Warranty
7 days from delivery for unused, sealed products. A manufacturing fault reported within 30 days of delivery is a free like-for-like replacement; after that it is covered by the 12-month warranty as a repair or replacement.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The amount appears in your account within 2–5 additional business days depending on your bank.
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll troubleshoot with you and, if the product is defective, arrange a replacement or refund — a free replacement within 30 days of delivery, or a warranty repair/replacement after that.
Care & Maintenance
Wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth after use. Do not submerge in water, machine wash, or use chemical cleaners. The heating element is not waterproof.
Store in a cool, dry place. Roll or fold loosely. Do not crease the heating element sharply, as this can damage the internal wiring. Keep away from direct sunlight.
