Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of odesseyproducts.com and your purchase of Odessey Products. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Acceptance of terms
By placing an order or using the Odessey Products website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.
Products and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is placed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. Odessey Products accepts the offer when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Payment
Payment is collected at checkout via Razorpay or Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹5,000 in eligible pin codes. COD orders incur a ₹50 handling fee.
Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional charge. Delivery timelines are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and refunds
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unused and in original packaging. Hygiene products (heated pads that have been used against skin) are not eligible for return unless defective. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Product warranty
Odessey Products carry a 12-month manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. A manufacturing fault reported within 30 days of delivery is a free like-for-like replacement; after that the warranty covers it as a repair or replacement. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or modifications. To make a warranty claim, contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the defect.
Limitation of liability
Odessey Products' liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Intellectual property
All content on odesseyproducts.com, including text, images, logos and product designs, is owned by Krishna Enterprises (Odessey Products) or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
